Curtis Crook, who began his career in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in 2006, is dedicated to helping people recover and thrive. A graduate of the University of Maryland with a BS in Kinesiology, Curtis went on to earn his Master’s in Physical Therapy from Western University of Health Sciences. His hands-on approach, guided by clinical research and a deep understanding of biomechanics, helps patients navigate their recovery with confidence and clarity.
Curtis’s career highlights include working with elite athletes from Supercross to the LPGA, and even providing medical care at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio. His passion for patient education and personalized care is matched by his commitment to innovation, as demonstrated by his role in developing the Optimis PT EMR system. Outside of work, Curtis enjoys spending time with his wife Heidi, their son Christian, and engaging in activities like running, swimming, cycling, and attending church.
